My experience, however, was a mix of charming ambiance and disappointing dining offerings. The room was tidy and equipped with the essentials for a comfortable stay; the service staff were polite and accommodating. I particularly appreciated the thoughtful details and spaciousness of the room, which allowed for a relaxing retreat. My much-anticipated breakfast fell sadly short. Despite prior arrangements, food was served extremely late, well after my departure. The dishes, such as honey chili potatoes and biryani, seemed unrecognizable and lacked the finesse expected from such a noteworthy establishment. While the Crystal Bar & Restaurant offers a pleasant atmosphere for post-dinner drinks, the unresolved culinary issues overshadowed my experience. For short stays, the Surya suffices, but for true gastronomic delight, I suggest seeking other local options.
